Residential Real Estate & Distressed Property Specialist
First I would like to commend you for taking the time to research the real estate professional that will be helping you with your real estate needs. Most people never take the time to find out who they are working with, what skills they possess, how long they’ve been in the business, if they’re a full time real estate professional, and what services they offer. As you probably already know, there is drastic difference in experience levels between real estate agents. It takes many years to develop the skills necessary to offer superior service in the real estate industry.
I’ve been licensed in the real estate industry for over 17 years. I attended college in California for business & real estate. I started my career with Coldwell Banker in California back in 1998. I initially worked with residential home buyers & sellers on traditional single family homes in addition to a few small investors. I learned a great deal from many of my investor clients during my early years and later used that knowledge to further my personal success in real estate. I truly love the art of real estate and helping people succeed in their real estate goals. This passion led me to become a very well respected professional with a solid reputation in the industry.
The second chapter in my real estate career brought me to Las Vegas, Nevada. I came to Las Vegas originally in 2000 when I had my first home built here. This was the first new home I had ever built and it was originally intended as a vacation home. However after a few years I found myself spending most of my time here in Las Vegas. During this period of time I was involved in many real estate investments & development projects in the US and overseas. I formed a real estate development company and was actively structuring development projects for myself and other investors. After some careful thought I decided to obtain my real estate license in the state of Nevada and build my real estate career with Prudential in Las Vegas. I’ve since become a top producing agent and achieved various industry awards for production over the years.
As of 2012 I decided to form my own real estate firm ‘Las Vegas Housing Experts’ and begin a new chapter in my career. I’m very excited about this new chapter and I’m looking forward to maintaining a well-respected company built on integrity and my fundamental philosophy of always doing what is right for my clients.
I have a very fundamental outlook on real estate and investing which most of my clients find refreshing. Since I love almost everything about real estate it’s more of a passion than a career. I like to coach my clients and help them make educated decisions with all their real estate investments (whether buying a single family home or an apartment building). I believe in sharing knowledge and showing people how to look beyond the newspaper headlines to understand the real estate market on a deeper level. My goal is to help people find their own personal place in any real estate market no matter what the current economic climate may be. Everyone’s situation is uniquely different so I try to encourage people to embrace those differences and put together a plan that best fits their personal situation.
I’m currently at a place in my career where I’m able to enjoy the work I do and choose which clients I decide to work with. Having acquired knowledge over the years from real life situations I can offer my clients expert guidance and help them grow within any cycle of the real estate market. I have also been extremely committed to helping struggling homeowners find & understand the available solutions to their current housing troubles. I’ve successfully helped many homeowners throughout the short sale process and I can assure you that there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel. I’m happy to say that many of the homeowners I completed short sales for in recent years have already become homeowners again. I take great pride in making sure that all my short sale clients have the ability to become homeowners again. The American Dream may have hit a bump in the road for many of us but in time we will recover and become stronger in the process, so don’t lose hope. We’re already experiencing appreciation again, home financing is becoming more available for buyers, and in most cases it’s still cheaper to Own than to Rent. These are all good signs of a healthy housing market. Time will tell if we will continue on this path of appreciation & growth but for now the market is moving at a healthy pace and we’re very excited to see so many new opportunities in the Las Vegas real estate market.
It was a pleasure introducing myself and I look forward to helping you, your friends, and your family with any real estate assistance you may need now and in the future.
